It appears last month one of the MyBB staff team accidentally posted a new blog post. It was removed seconds later, but it showed up in subscribers RSS feed readers. No big deal right? Happens all the time.
Well this was posted on someones website who noticed.

Mybb staff found out about this and requested thread removal which i believe was complied with. (fuck that i would have kept it up!)
Anyway turns out it was an april fools joke as they do every year
Real hard to see that one coming.
Much like the mascot and logo that got leaked here and they stated it was not real. Yea right now look at there mascot and logo
Anyway a little bird told me today that they actually banned the member who posted the above thread based on him spoiling april fools!
Yep im not kidding. They banned a member because they accidently posted a blog post early.
Way to go mybb team. Another quality decision made by the staff.

I received an email today from an anonymous reader of mybbsux.
Attached was a couple of images. Now i am not sure if these are real or not so decided to ask the question.
I am assuming perhaps this is the new logo for the 2.0 version they are supposed to be releasing?

Again as i am not very active in the goings on of mybb i really dont know but it is well an interesting new logo no?

Watching a thread on mybb today.

Some guy got his forum hacked. Anyway his forum has no posts.  Its a new forum.
He asked for help on mybb forums and got told no help for hacking supporter forums.
Funny thing is the forum has 0 posts in that forum and for all they know it could mean hacking something completely different to software of servers etc.

How pathetic. This domain pisses him off that much he is trying to have it taken down.
Well as a precaution i am in the process of obtaining safe hosting offshore.
Database and all files have been backed up and are confident mybbsux will not go down.
If it does it will only be during propagation of the domain names.

Was reading MyBB forum today. (was googling and found it)

Going back a while ago i got banned from MyBB.

It has been published here regarding that.

Tim posted something which was false and a lie. I picked him up on it and the thread got deleted.

Now i protested this and ultimately got banned for life. So when i saw this today you can imagine how much i loled.

Again lying IMHO.

Assuming Tim is talking about me given i am the #1 Search for MyBB sucks i would say he is either calling me a thief which i am not or a troll which i am not either.

Fact is Tim was a member there and not staff or anything. He was actually a member on one of my forums. He got banned from mine and then lied in a specific thread.

At that point he got promoted and promptly edited his post to hide the lie. Now i openly protested this and Tim denied it completely!

Effectively i got banned for life there after.

If i had to i could probably pull up the original screeners i took and prove this. Would have to search through hundreds of thousands of images but i do have them!

I am curious to know what the wider public has to say about this.

MyBB has updated there software as well they should. (remember the download server being hacked lol)

OUCH! Mybb.com got hacked lol. Not only that everyone who upgraded probably have vulnerable mybb forums.

Glad i moved over to VBulletin when i did.
